Princeton Thesis

This is the piece of paper I am handed by my coworker and Jersey sandwich specialist who must remain with sketchily parked truck. The "Mac Daddy" is 2 bacon cheeseburgers, french fries, and about a half dozen 'mac n' cheese wedges' served on a standard arm length Hoagie Haven bread trough. They fucking sprayed the hot sauce on this thing, the way you piss on a pile of garbage. Apparently the sandwich is great. ("R.B." is, of course, Red Bull and not Root Beer.)

Paté likes its 1999.

We at Box Truck are aspiring NY bahn mi experts. (In other words, we're great big fat guys and girls). In future posts the city's vietnamwiches will get their reviews. For now we'll stare awestruck at the artwork adorning this bahn mi cart, spotted on Grand being pulled by a van. Someday we'll find where it does its tasty tasty business.

The Tamal Cart

Wake up shitbird!! You got nine minutes to get to work! Good thing there's a tamal cart on the corner of Union and Metropolitan that serves Spicy Chicken, and Pork w/ Green Mole tamales from 'round 6 to 8:15 am. (Ay gringo, a single tamal is pronounced 'tah-Mahl'. Dos would be 'tah-Mahl-lace'.) Not only do these warm corn quickies cost a buck each and come with a fork, but if you realize you're void of cash from being a Box Trucker, you can pay them back later the next day. Gracias mi amiga! Holy friggin crow, I'm late!!
